Recently I built a cottage on the east shore of Seneca Lake. Based on my contractors’ recommendation I went with Midstate Basement Authorities in-floor drainage system as water in the basement and elevation were huge concerns of mine with building. I have a DRY 4’ crawl space that houses my utilities (only feet from the lake and at or very close to the water level). During all the rain and storms (with no gutters or exterior drainage) the basement remained dry. I am very pleased with the results as well as the recommendation to go with this System.Calvin Ruthven,
